From Clearwater (Courtney Campbell Causeway) - exit the Courtney Campbell Causeway and follow signs for 275N. Continue on 275N to Exit 42 Howard/Armenia Ave. Continue and make a right onto N. Armenia Ave. Continue until W. DeLeon St and make a right. The office will be on your right, 2835 W. DeLeon Street.
